2024 국제교류의날 스태프 모집 신청 / Application for the Recruitment of Staffs for the 2024 International Day

안녕하세요. 전남대학교 제 17·18기 국제협력과 서포터즈(CIS) 입니다.
전남대학교 국제협력과와 외국인 유학생 서포터즈(CIS) 17·18기가 11월 06일 (수)에  2024년 국제 교류의 날 행사를 개최합니다.
Hello. We are the 17th and 18th CIS of Chonnam University.
The CIS 17th and 18th  will hold the International Exchange Day event on November 6th, 2024 (Wednesday).

다국적 학생들과 소통할 수 있는 국제 교류의 날 행사를 같이 운영해주실 스태프 분들의 참여를 기다립니다.
We are looking for staff to help run this event, where you can communicate with multinational students.

[세부내용/Detailed contents]
1. 모집기간 : 2024.10.10. (목) ~ 10.16. (수) 18:00 pm
     Recruitment Period: October 10th, 2024 (Thursday) ~ October 16th, 2024 (Wednesday) at 18:00 pm

2. 우선 선발 : 영어에 능통한 자
     Selection Criteria: Proficient in English.

3. 선발 내용 : 행사 당일 오전 10시부터 오후 6시까지 참여 가능한 자
     Requirements: Available to participate from 10 AM to 6 PM on the day of the event.

4. 참여 보상 : 봉사시간 부여,  활동증명서, 결강사유서 발급 (교수님마다 인정여부는 다를 수 있음.) , 스태프 단체복 지급
     Participation Rewards: Volunteer hours will be granted, Certificate of attendance,  Excuse Letter (recognition may vary by professor) , Provision of Staff Uniforms.

5. 참여 내용 : 부스 운영 보조 (놀이부스, 체험부스, 먹거리부스, 부대행사), 행사장 인원 통제
     Participation Tasks: Assisting with booth operations (Game booth, Experience booth, Food booth, Side events) and managing attendees.

6. 운영 일시 : 11월 06일 (수) 10:00 ~ 18:00
     Operating Hours: November 6th, Wednesday, 10:00 ~ 18:00

7. 선발 안내 : 10월 17일 (목), 개별 문자 안내
     Selection notice: October 17th, Thursday, Notification Individual text messages

** 부스 및 역할 배정은 OT때 임의로 진행될 예정입니다. **
** The assignments of booth type and tasks will be conducted randomly during the orientation. **
** 영어로 간단한 의사소통만 가능해도 참여 가능합니다. **
** Basic communication in English is sufficient for participation. **
** 선발되신 스태프분들께 개별 연락 드리겠습니다. **
** Selected staff will be contacted individually. **
