Nomination & Application Deadlines

Once you’ve chosen Chonnam National University as your Study Abroad destination you can apply online. Please note that your home university will nominate you first and when your nomination has been approved, you will be sent the link to our application form.
※ All procedures will be communicated via email and completed online. 
 

Nomination Call Fall semester: March 1
Spring semester: September 1
Fall Semester Deadlines Nomination Deadline: April 30
Application Deadline: May 20
Spring Semester Deadlines Nomination Deadline: October 30
Application Deadline: November 20

Required documents

  • You will be required to upload the following documents when you fill out our online application form.
    • A passport photo: headshot picture with a white background showing your ears is required for international safety and identification purposes
    • Official Transcript in English (issued by the applicant’s home institution)
    • Official English Proficiency Test Score Certificate (if applicable)
    • One (1) Copy of the photo page of the student’s passport
    • Any additional documents required by the Office of International Affairs
