Visa Requirement

The regulations for obtaining visas change from time to time. Successful applicants will receive a “Certificate of Admission” from CNU. Students are required to apply for a Student Visa (D-2) at the Korean embassy/consulate located in their home country. As processing of a visa takes several weeks, it is highly advisable to apply for it immediately when you receive the document.

Buddy Program & DiscoverK Program

✔ Student Buddy Program: CNU is offering a buddy matching program that connects inbound exchange students and CNU students on a one-to-one basis. CNU students (buddy mentors) provide a helping hand and friendship to the newcomers at CNU.

✔ DiscoverK(한국교육기행) Program: This program offers incoming exchange students the opportunity to explore and experience Korean culture and daily life more easily. Students receive a travel support fund and plan their travel by themselves.
