Quarantine Exemption for those who are fully vaccinated (Q-Code)

• Starting from March 21, 2022 (Mon), KST, vaccinated travelers who have completed their COVID-19 vaccination in Korea OR those who already registered their overseas vaccination history at local Korean public health centers will be eligible for quarantine exemption.
• Starting from April 1, 2022 (Fri), KST, vaccinated travelers who have completed vaccination overseas AND register their vaccination history through the Quarantine COVID-19 Defense (“Q-Code”) system (Q-code - Quarantine COVID-19 defense (http://kdca.go.kr) BEFORE traveling to Korea will be eligible for quarantine exemption.

Vaccination is considered to be complete when 14 days after the 2nd shot for a two-dose vaccine (valid up to 180 days) or with booster shots.

※ Vaccination Completion

• The vaccination status will be acknowledged only when you have completed the second vaccination (First vaccination for Janssen) by the emergency approval of WHO and have passed 14 days of entry date.
