외국인등록

신청대상

  • D-2-2~D-2-8, D-4-1 체류자격 소지한 외국인

신청기간

  • 대한민국에 입국한 날부터 90일 이내 신청
    ※입국일로부터 90일 이내 외국인등록을 하지 않을 경우, 과태료 부과

접수방법

제출서류

  • 통합신청서 Download
  • 여권사본
  • 사진 1매(3.5cm×4.5cm, 6개월 내 촬영 반명)
  • 비자허가통지서(https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10301)
  • 재학증명서(입국일 이후 발급)
  • 체류지입증서류(계약 시작일자는 반드시 입국일 이후여야 함)
  • 수수료 30,000원

외국인등록증 재발급

신청대상

  • 외국인등록증 분실
  • 등록증 뒷면(체류기간/체류지) 공백이 없을 경우
  • 기존 외국인등록증에서의 정보 변경(성명, 성별, 생년월일, 국가 등)
    ※발생일로부터 14일 이내 신고
    ※14일이내 신고 안할 시, 과태료 부과

제출서류:

  • 통합신청서 Download
  • 여권
  • 사진 1매(3.5cm×4.5cm, 6개월 내 촬영 반명)
  • 기존 외국인등록증/외국인등록증분실 신고서 Download
  • 수수료 30,000원

외국인 등록사항 변경신고

외국인 등록사항 변경신고

  • 여권번호, 발급일자 및 유효기간이 변경된 경우 15일이내 신고해야 함. 안할 시, 과태료 부과
  • 제출서류: 통합신청서, 여권, 외국인등록증
  • 신청방법:
    • 1. hikorea.go.kr → 민원신청→ 전자민원 → 등록사항변경신고
    • 2. 관할 출입국외국인사무소 방문 신고(방문예약)

체류지변경신고

  • 체류지를 변경하였을 경우, 15일 이내 새로운 체류지에 대한 전입신고를 해야 함. 안할 시, 과태료 부과
  • 제출서류: 체류지 입증서류, 여권/외국인등록증
  • 신청방법:
    • 1. hikorea.go.kr → 민원신청 → 전자민원 → 체류지변경신고
    • 2. 관할 출입국외국인사무소 방문 신고(방문예약)

Eligibility Requirements

  • Students with the following visa status: D-2-2~D-2-8, D-4-1

Period of Application

  • Within 90 days from the date of entry into the Republic of Korea
    ※If you do not register within 90 days from the date of entry, you will be fined

How to Apply

  • 1) Online services:We are going to provide a new online services for Alien registration and VISA Extension from March 6th(Mon).

Required Documents:

  • Application Form (Please download the form and type it, not hand-written) Download
  • Copy of your passport
  • 1 Color Photo w/ White background(3.5cm×4.5cm, taken within 6 month)
  • Visa Grant Notice (https://www.visa.go.kr/openPage.do?MENU_ID=10301)
  • Certificate of Enrollment(Should be issued after arrival in Korea)
  • Proof of Residence (The contract start date must be after the date of entry)
  • Alien registration card fee: 30,000KRW

Reissuance of Alien Registration Card

Eligible Circumstances:

  • Lost card
  • Lack of blank space on the back of the card
  • Change of information of existing ARC(name, gender, date of birth, country)
    ※Within 14 days from the date of occurrence above
    ※If you do not report within 14 days from the date of change, you will be fined.

Required Documents

  • Application Form (Please download the form and type it, not hand-written) Download
  • Passport
  • 1 Color Photo w/ White background(3.5cm×4.5cm, taken within 6 month)
  • Old Alien Registration Card / Report Form for lost ARC Download
  • Fee 30,000KRW

Report Changes in Registration Information

Notification of Change in Registration Information

  • For those who made changes in passport number, issuance date, or expiration date within 15 days from the date of occurrence. If not, he/she will be fined.
  • Required Documents: Application Form, Passport, ARC
  • Method:
    • 1. hikorea.go.kr → Petition Application → e-Application → Notification of change in registration information
    • 2. Visit Gwangju Immigration Office after making a reservation at hikorea.go.kr

Address Change Declaration

  • For those who changed their residence, they have to notify within 14 days from the date of move-in. If not, he/she will be fined.
  • Required Documents: Proof of Residency (Contracts, dormitory certificate etc.), ARC
  • Method:
    • 1. hikorea.go.kr → Petition Application → e-Application → Address change declaration
    • 2. Visit Gwangju Immigration Office after making a reservation at hikorea.go.kr
