A. 안됩니다. 휴학을 하는 경우, D-2비자는 취소됩니다.
휴학신청일로부터 30일 이내에 출국해야하며, 질병 혹은 사고 등 출국할 수 없는 사유가 있을 때에는 출입국사무소에 신고 및 별도의 거류 자격을 취득해야합니다.

A. 예외적으로 허용하고 있으니 관할 출입국(광주출입국외국인사무소)에 문의 후 진행하시길 바랍니다. (국번없이 1345)

체류기간 연장 승인은 관할 출입국외국인사무소의 권한이므로 연장완료에 대한 정확한 날짜는 국제협력과에서 안내 불가합니다. 등록증 수령 관련해서는 개별(이메일)로 안내 드립니다.

A. 국제협력과에서는 D-2체류자격 변경과 현재 재학생의 체류연장을 접수합니다. 졸업생의 구직 비자로의 변경 등 기타 체류자격으로의 변경 업무는 담당하지 않으므로 해당 문의사항 있을 경우, 관할 출입국에 문의하시길 바랍니다. (국번없이 1345)

A. No you cannot. If you take a leave of absence, then your D-2 visa will be canceled. You must leave the country within 30 days from the date of applying for a leave of absence, and if there are any reasons for not being able to leave the country right away(such as illness/accident), you must report to the immigration office.

A. It is allowed exceptionally. Please check with Gwangju Immigration Office individually. (1345 without area code)

A. It is not possible to extend/change the visa in principle except in some cases in which you majored with a specific department designated by the Ministry of Justice. In this case, please check with Gwangju Immigration Office.

Since the approval of the visa extension is the authority of the immigration office, so the exact date of extension cannot be provided by OIA. Please wait until you receive your email about the ARC pick-up.
